Registration & Fees

Cost covering

The costs of the Symposium will be covered by the registration fees, and by the contribution of Sponsors. The Organizer hereby kindly invites all interested sponsors to express their interest to support the Symposium and to contact the Organizer.

Accompanying exhibition

The Companies interested for their presentation within the accompanying exhibition during the Symposium’s performance, at the location of the Symposia activities, are encouraged to apply on time for renting of the stands in front of the conference’s halls. As potential available space for this purpose is very limited, interested exhibitor are invited to book the stands by contacting the Organizer, latest by October 10, 2011.

Registration

If a paper is accepted, at least one of the authors is required to register for the conference on or before the early registration deadline. Students (to be proved by an official university letter) may apply for reduced fees.
The conference fee will include admission to the conference, conference proceedings, coffee breaks, gala dinners, and participation to the social events.

Payment and registration method:

  • You should fill in registration form, and send it via e-mail to icat@etf.unsa.ba (please include REGISTRATION as a message subject) or via fax +38733250725, no later then October 15, 2011.
  • Supported payment method is wire transfer. Detailed instructions for both methods are included in registration form.
  • In case invoice is needed, you should request an invoice in your e-mail (please include PAYMENT-INVOICE as a message subject). After you receive the invoice, and fulfill your payment obligations, you should send completely filled registration form following the instructions within.
