Presentation Guidelines

All rooms are equipped with LCD projector and PC. You do not need to bring your own PC. Please bring an USB memory stick with your presentation saved in .ppt or .pdf format, while .pdf is preferred due to compatibility.

Please arrive at the session room at least 10 minutes before the start of the session to check your presentation and save it to the provided PC.

The allocated time for each talk is 20 minutes that includes 15 minutes for the presentation and 3 minutes for a discussion.
