Instructions for Authors
Papers must be written in English. Full paper length (up to 6 proceedings pages), including figures, are allowed for each paper. Papers should follow the IEEE double-column format (A4 size) for ICAT 2025. Additional two (2) pages can be included for an extra fee.

Detailed guidelines for creating manuscripts are found here:
Authors are expected to submit only their own original works that is currently not under review somewhere else. The conference will verify the originality of manuscripts by comparing them with millions of other articles in databases worldwide. Manuscripts that violate IEEE’s publication principles may be rejected. If the violation is deemed severe, then disciplinary actions may also be taken by IEEE.
Camera-Ready Manuscript Submission
Final versions of accepted papers must be uploaded to EDAS for inclusion in the conference proceedings and to be submitted to IEEE Xplore®. The deadline is August 10, 2025 (hard deadline).
IEEE maintains strict formatting standards for all manuscripts published in the IEEE Xplore® Digital Library.
Registration is required for all participants of ICAT 2025.
Below are the instructions to submit the camera-ready manuscript.
- Please read the reviews of your paper and follow the reviewers’ recommendations for revising it and preparing the final version. When you are done with the revision, please print out your paper and carefully proofread it.
- Validate your manuscript using IEEE PDF eXpress. Any changes made to a PDF after IEEE PDF eXpress conversion or PDF Checking may invalidate Xplore compatibility. All PDFs to be included in IEEE Xplore® should be validated through PDF eXpress for Xplore compatibility.
